and Joining
With a skilled team and specialist machinery we have the ability to manufacture complex fabrications and sheet metal structures, many of which are used for the transfer of fluids and gasses in aerospace applications.
The fabrication department has a wealth of knowledge and experience in shaping, forming and joining metals from stainless steel and aluminium along with other non-ferrous materials. The fabrications are constructed by a broad range of processes, all accredited under our AS9100 and Nadcap approvals.
A particular strength is our ability to develop relatively low volume complex fabricated parts with a minimum investment in expensive tooling. With multiple methods of joining available, such as salt bath dip brazing, CAA certified TIG welding, and torch brazing, all covered under Nadcap accreditations, we are able to deliver customer requirements to a very high standard.

CASE STUDY ONE
A major aerospace client approached us with one of their significant projects, looking to dramatically improve productivity and reduce costs. We invested in the required machinery and equipment to be able to manufacture and assemble the complex heat exchanger unit in-house, within a dedicated cell. We have now delivered over 10,000 complex assemblies, ensuring the highest quality control and reduced manufacturing times.
CASE STUDY TWO
Another client in the marine industry needed us to manufacture an existing composite part from aluminium due to delaminating issues. We were able to reverse engineer, design and manufacture this complex assembly in a remarkably quick timeframe and to their exact requirements.
