Our total commitment to quality is paramount in everything we do. All manufactured parts are rigorously inspected using industry standard techniques.
Dimensional inspection is conducted using a range of equipment including our Aberlink Coordinate Measuring Machines with CAD model upload, minimising errors while greatly improving processing times.
Non-destructive testing is employed to carry out processes such as pressure testing and dye penetrant inspection, all of which are controlled under our AS9100 and Nadcap approvals.
In addition to this, we offer an independent quality and inspection service to our clients.
By conducting process reviews, industry standard compliance and technological investment we deliver the highest accuracy level in all of our manufacturing services.
