Dom has a passion for engineering and manufacturing spurring him on to undertake an engineering apprenticeship.
Having spent a decade on the shop floor, specializing in milling and turning aerospace components. Dom then moved into planning and estimating. This role has enabled him to utilise his shop floor experience, CATIA V5 and programming knowledge to support both the production and sales teams.
Dom continues to develop his role within the business and is also undertaking on technical sales where he enjoys meeting customers, discussing challenges, and developing relationships.
Balancing work and personal life, Dom appreciates the flexibility and benefits offered by his employer and makes the most of this by attending music festivals and concerts as well as mountain biking.
