Operations Manager
Former aerospace engineer, James, has been Operations Manager at RHH Franks since 2019, acting as the crucial link between management and the factory floor.
His role is to ensure operations run efficiently while troubleshooting any issues that may arise and communicating them with recommendations for improvement to management.
Working closely with the team, James looks at how he can ensure the environment is primed for productivity and is continuously investigating opportunities for improvement to processes and technologies that will boost output and minimise customer issues.
James is currently tasked with risk-mitigation and the implementation of a new Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system across the business.
